Terms and Conditions of Sale
Warranty Policy
The total amount of the stay is payable in advance by bank transfer at the time of booking.
The proof of transfer must be sent by email to tsara@loharano-lodge.com.
The reservation is guaranteed for a period of 10 days, pending receipt of the payment reference. After this period, without payment confirmation, the reservation may be canceled.
Cancellation Policy
• Up to 30 days before arrival: 0%
• From 29 to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the amount paid
• From 9 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the amount paid
Check-in and Check-out Policy
• Check-in: The room is available from 2:00 PM..
• Check-out: The room must be vacated by 11:00 AM at the latest.
Children’s Policy
Accommodation and breakfast are offered for a maximum of 2 children under 3 years old sharing the parents’ room (using the existing bedding, or, if the room allows, a crib or an extra bed).
Special Conditions for Children
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
